Loch-an-Eilein Pottery is a small rural craft Pottery located on the road to Loch-an-Eilein, Rothiemurchus, in the Spey valley.

The pots are all handthrown by Penny Weir, in red earthenware.  She specializes in domestic ware, and glazes in blues, greens and a rich turquoise.  The results are a spontaneous reflection of Penny's enjoyment in handling the clay.

In Winter, Penny runs weekly evening classes and also weekend courses, and from Easter you can come on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and "throw your own".

The Pottery is usually open daily except Monday in Summer, and in Winter mornings only.
