The products offered below are hand made by a small team of confectioners in the Highlands of Scotland. Visitors are welcome to the Confectionery Factory Visitor Centre and Scottish Speciality Food Shop.

Scottish Tablet

Scottish Tablet is a hard fudge that melts in the mouth. It is a unique Scottish product hand made in the traditional way using the finest ingredients to give a superb texture and flavour. It is available in 10 flavours, with natural flavours used wherever possible and always genuine spirits. No artificial preservatives or colours are added. The two pack sizes have the ingredients listed in English, French and German.
Scottish Tablet comes in 100g pillow pack bars and 250g gift boxes.

Great Glen Fine Foods produces a range of quality chocolates in addition to our well-known traditional Scottish confectionery.

By continuing to use traditional craft skills along with modern chocolate handling equipment, we can offer flexible response without compromising quality and choice.

We are able to develop individual products to suit your requirements, along with packaging personalised with your name or logo.

We use top quality Belgian chocolate in all our chocolate products.

Our product range includes:
Chocolate Gingers - The best Australian ginger in dark chocolate.
Chocolate Marzipans - White continental almond paste contrasting with dark chocolate. Chocolate Turkish Delight - Classic Moorish sweetmeat in rose and lemon coated in milk and dark chocolate respectively, using pectin, not gelatin, suitable for vegetarians.
Chocolate Peppermint Creams - Enrobed in rich dark chocolate.
Chocolate Truffles - Traditional firm truffles enrobed in the finest Belgian chocolate.
Chocolate Pralines - Classic moulds in milk and dark chocolate with rich nut fillings.
Chocolate Selection - A boxed assortment picked from the above.

Great Glen Coconut Ice is our outstanding and unique version of traditional coconut ice. Delicious and morish, Great Glen Coconut Ice is made with the finest quality ingredients and contains no artificial preservatives or colours. Great Glen Coconut Ice is available in 200g gift boxes and 150g cello bags.
